OTBI analysis for consolidated manager view

Summary:

I am creating a manager dashboard comprises of performance, goals, feedback, check-ins and performance booster report.

We need to apply a filter for manager which gives consolidated view.

E.g., If a sr. director logs in, then the filter for him should the the director/manager under him and all details for that manager which is filtered should be shown.

Is this possible in OTBI.?
