"Restrict the selling price beyond the set limit."

Summary:

We have a requirement to "restrict the selling price beyond the set limit." For eg: There is an item "Item A", with pricelist "500 AED". Client wants to restrict that selling price should not be lesser than 2000 AED at any cost.

To achieve this we used GSA price list where i had defined price for Item A as 2000AED and selling price of 500 AED. While creating the order item price is picked as 500 and i am able to create order without any validation issues, where as my expectation is that system should not allow to create the order as price is less that GSA price list set.
