Probation Period should be calculated based on Assignment Change Date

Hi Team, 

Whenever we change the assignment of employee we would like system to automatically update the probation period end date calculated based on assignment change date.

For example:
If an Employee was hired on 2022 Jan1st, as consultant and his assignment has been changed to Senior Consultant as on Jan1st 2024

and notice period mentioned as 90 days then the probation end date should be automatically update as March 31st,2024.

Right now the system is calculating the probation period from the Hire date of employee.

Is this feasible to accomplish to update the probation end date calculation based on assignment change date?
