Level 0 Block will fluctuate up and down after a Cube restructure even when there is no activity in cube. Level 0 block will jump after a restructure and then after a next restructure will come back down to previous level, with no activity happening in cube except the restructures on OEP_FS Cube, Has any one else seen this behavior in there application
