Learning Expiry Alerts - Only if no later completion exists

Summary:

We need to implement course expiry approach alerts for our training.
Alerts should only be sent if the expiry is relevant, i.e. no other completion exists with a LATER expiry for the same course.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I used the "Understanding Alerts in Oracle Learning" to understand and implement our current alert for training expiry, which we can use at 48 days and 36 days ahead of the expiry.

For more urgent expiries, we want to email the learner and their manager of approaching expiries (7 days and 1 day) but ONLY if the learner hasn't already completed the course and has valid record with a later expiry.

Howdy, Stranger!
