Absence certification for FMLA - qualification plan of Generic absence pattern
Summary:
Hi Experts,
I want to ensure we set up the FMLA certification and works fine.
1- We set up FMLA as a qualification plan for the Generic absence pattern for our client which is unpaid as per their requirement,
2- Also, they want to configure the Absence Certification.
3- This FMLA is only enabled for Admin use, neither ESS nor MSS is been enabled.
I am sharing screenshots of how I configured the Certification and added those to the absence record for an employee as below,
Entered absences from 12/2 to 12/6 using Admin login, then again clicked on Action→ Administer
