Note entered on receipt is not showing when looking up receipt details under order life cycle

We have noticed in the last few weeks that the Note entered on a receipt is not showing when looking up receipt details under order life cycle

Some of our users are informing us that they cannot see their notes anymore.

Upon the receipt entry the Receiver enters a note to highlight something. i.e They received a Inv Hold from AP.

They enter the note and save it. then complete the receiving.

Later when they are managing their work, they will go to a PO inquiry and look up the details by reviewing the Order Life Cycle.

The Note they entered on the receiving line is not showing anymore.
