Documents of Records Flexfields with SQL default value only show their names

Hey,

When creating flexfields that use default value as SQL are not working as intended, for example, on the UI only the fields names are being displayed. Does anyone knows what may be causing this? The first field was working but after the second one was created both stopped working.
