Few Fields not getting translated

Summary:

We have changed the language to Spanish by Set Preferences > Language> changed the default, current session and Display name - in Spanish. However there are few fields which are not getting translated in Spanish.

No customization was done on this page. Can anyone please suggest why the text is not getting translated.
