Min-Max Planning not working at subinventory level

Summary:

We want to replenish sub-inventory WH03 from sub-inventory BULK in the same organization, but Min-Max Planning doesn't work if I run it at the sub-inventory level.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The item has been set up for Min-Max Planning. The Min-max quantity is 50 (Minimum) and 500 (Maximum). The order quantity is 50 (Minimum) and 100 Maximum. The WH03 subinventory has a source of Subinventory, and BULK is specified as the source. I get data if I run MMP at the organization level, but I need it to work for the sub-inventory level. Any thoughts?
