What roles/Privilege that give access to generate OTBI reports and get all the data.

When creating OTBI reports, and I select Person Real Time as the subject area, If I select person_id and person_name as the columns. I get all the data, but as soon as another column is selected, only my data is shown. Why is that? And if it is because of roles, what is the role name?
