Is it possible to validate an existing purchase requisition's Requested Delivery Date?

Summary:

When entering a purchase requisition, a standard error message prevents the Requested Delivery Date to be earlier than the date in which the document is being created. Such a validation does not happen anymore once the purchase requisition has been reviewed and saved. Is it possible to maintain a similar validation after saving a requisition?

To make an example, suppose we enter a requisition on December 10, with this same Requested Delivery Date, and save without submitting it. The next day, on December 11, we open the requisition to edit it, and obviously the Requested Delivery Date will still be December 10. If we tried to save, we would like for a message to warn that the date should not be earlier than December 11, preventing the saving of the requisition.
