REST API for Individual Compensation - Triggering Approval Workflow
We are currently attempting to create an individual compensation entry through the REST API. However, since there is no specific API available for individual compensation, we have been utilising the Element Entry REST API as a workaround. This approach has enabled us to successfully create entries in both Compensation and Element Entry.
The challenge we are encountering is that invoking the Element REST API does not trigger the approval workflow for individual compensation.
How we can trigger the approval workflow while using the Element REST API.
