Inspected Lot numbers are appearing again while creating new Inspection

in Quality

In adhoc Inventory- Inspected Lot numbers are still appearing in List of values (i.e.Completed status) when a new Inspection is created due to this same lot is getting inspected .there is no restriction on completed lot numbers appearing for new inspection
