User not able to add a new privilege in a custom role

We can't see the new privilege: INV_VIEW_ONHAND_QUANTITY_USING_RESPONSIVE_INVENTORY_PWA_PRIV working on this screen in TEST (24D).

This new privilege is a latest addtion in 24D. But we are not able to find it on the custom role as below, although it is in the ceded role ie warehouse operator.

Could you pl look into, why it is not tracking the above privileges in the above location?
