How to setup a depreciation method with zero depreciation rate in SLM

Hi,

We have a requirement wherein in SLM the depreciation rate should be zero in case of a specified category i.e land. The client is not ready to accept the uncheck the depreciate box in the manage asset categories setup for this particular category.

If we create a method with life as 0 then that asset would be depreciated immediately. Please let us know the way with which we can create this method in SLM so that depreciation charged should be zero.
