How to ask feedback from external contacts?

In Oracle, there is a function to formally request feedback from colleagues. However, this is only limited to internal contacts. I have been working on a project which is a design joint venture and involves colleagues from different organisations. Therefore, please can you advise on how to formally request feedback through Oracle from external contacts?
