Tax registration number has to be defaulted with tax registration type in supplier profile

We have the below requirement while creating the supplier Tax registration number should be mandatory and also, we want it to be defaulted with tax registration type as "Tax Identification Number" Is there any possible way. i have attached screenshot for the same, whenever we give registration number while creating the supplier automatically it has to take Type as Tax identification number
