Goals transfer from Old assignment number to New Assignment with HDL

Hello,
Rehiring was done for an employee. Performance documents and performance goals in the inactive assignment record must be transferred to the new active assignment record. For this, transfer was made with the "PerfDocUpdate.dat" HDL file. Performance documents on the inactive record were moved to the active record, but the performance goal was not moved. (Performance goal appears on the inactive record.)
How is the performance goal in the inactive assignment record transferred to the active assignment record?
