Does anyone know why running a BIP report from OIC produces different result vs. ESS?

Summary:

We created a BIP report to generate data in XML for a data integration, but some elements are getting dropped when it's run from OIC.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When we run the report via ESS or BI server, all elements are present in the output but when we run via OIC there are some elements missing. The missing elements are not at the beginning or end of the schema: NATLIDTYPE, NATLIDNUMBER, HOME_ADDRESS_1, HOME_ADDRESS_2, HOME_ADDRESS_CITY, HOME_ADDRESS_STATE, HOME_ADDRESS_ZIP
