how to load consumed budget in oracle fusion

Hello Friends,

We plan to implement Fusion mid-year. Assuming the full-year budget for One Account is $1200 and $1000 has been consumed by October 2024, only $200 remains.To accurately report budget vs. actual variances in Fusion, we need to load the full budget of $1200. How can we load the consumed amount of $1000 to ensure Fusion only allows spending $200 for the remaining two periods?
