Summary:

Is 24.10.60 is one off patch for ARCS?? We already skipupdate for 24.11 patch but while we are trying to skip 24.12 then we are getting "EPMAT-1:This command is not allowed because the environment is on one-off patch".

Can anyone pls help with info ?
