using the functionality "Record External Learning" our client asks to delete the alert that user received when the Manager record the external learning. To delete this kind of alert that the user received we set "Bypass approvals" in "Learning Assignment Completion" (see the picture below) in Transaction Console and we solve the problem in this way.

We would know if setting this option "Bypass Approvals" could we have some other consequences or implications on other alerts on Learning?

Are we sure that in this way we turn off only this kind of alert? We are live with Learning Module and so we would be sure there are not other consequences making this action.
