My Receipts - Receive items. PO # required Astrix has disappeared

The two Astrix ** that appear on the Po # line When entering a receipt has disappeared along with Transfer Order

We just noticed that the two ** that identify a required entry is no longer showing on our My Receipts. Create Receipts page.

they are also not showing on the Transfer Order.

it should look like this.

I checked the Item Due field, and it is set to Any Time.

This has happend to our Requisitiioners.

The **'s do show for those who have the Receiving Agent Role (Advanced Receiver).

This has just happened in the last week.
