How to recalculate absence accruals

Hello, For Oracle cloud absence management, we are required to calculate accruals until the end of the year since projected formulas cannot be used in fast formula. However accruals depend on the employee grade. If there is a grade change later in the year, what is the process to recalculate accruals to reflect this?
Should this process be run daily and how?
