Need to customize Notification Document (Purchase Order) PO3000XXXXXX Communication failed (add FYI)

We have a requirement to customize the notification Document (Purchase Order) PO3000XXXXXX Communication failed to add "FYI:" in the notification title as a prefix. Is there any way to perform customization in the mentioned notification title as we are not able to find any BIP Template associated with this specific notification. Attached is the notification screen shot which we need to customize.
