Custom creteria in Person Security Profile

Hi Team

We have one Custom Data role with below person security profile Custom criteria . The expectation with the Custom role is , User having this custom role should have access to assignment records of employees who belongs to same Service provider ( a custom EFF attribute on Additional Assignment information page ) of the logged in User .For example Logged in user belong to service provide ABC then he/she should see employees from same service provider ABC.

We were able to achieve this logic with below custom criteria, where logged in users able to see only employees belonging to same services provider that he is from .
