We have received a new request to update the existing budget control from Natural Account level

in Budgetary Control

Summary:

We have received a new request to update the

  • existing budget control from Natural Account level (Monthly budget check is advisory and Quarterly budget check is absolute)
  • and have the budget control at the combination of Natural Account and Project code segment level (Monthly budget check is advisory and Quarterly budget check is absolute).

 

Along with this, some expense GL codes (budget controlled) are being discontinued and new GL codes are being introduced.

 

Kindly help in providing any document on Do’s and Don’ts related to updating budget control on live systems.
