Summary:

Hi Fellow Developers,

The requirement is to host Terms and Conditions file in Oracle cloud and it should be printed as hyper link in PO PDF. when ever a Supplier or anyone who has PO PDF tries to access the hyper link, they should be able to see terms and conditions without credentials. 
We have worked on a POC and tried this Sub template logic but every time we access these Terms and condition it is asking for credentials.
