Performance issues with ODR Script

Summary:

We are trying to execute the below script but not able to understand how much time it is actually taking to execute. We tried in one period after data load and consolidation , it took 18 mins but in next period it took just 1 minute. Even though the volume of data , number of entity everything is same.

Can you please suggest some way to test its performance and if there is scope to improve the performance.
