Impact on current Bu's due to transitioning current development to a new Commerce process.

Summary:

As per the current release - multiple commerce process can be integrated with single Oracle Fusion Sales instance.
Our Customer has a requirement to transition the current development for some BUs to a new Commerce process. Now we have query : By moving the current development from current commerce process to another commerce process(need to create a new) will there be any impact by doing this?
