Planned Orders stuck in SCO with error: deliver-to organization isn't assigned to the requisition BU

Summary:

We have an item which is used across two inventory organizations of different BUs. Our Constrained Supply Plan generated planned orders for this item at both organizations. If we mark these planned orders for release and release from the plan at a time, one order associated with an org is processing and creating purchase requisition but the order associated with other organization is getting stuck at SCO with error "The deliver-to organization isn't assigned to the requisitioning BU".

Can't we release the orders associated with organization of different BU at a time?
