Can we copy approval history in next version in CPQ quote?

We need to copy the approval history in next quote version.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

once we click on "New Version" action new quote will create with same quote number and same data which is configured and updated in old quote. but approval history and all approval details are not updating in new quote.
