When a staff is terminated in HCM Cloud, the pending worklist with approvers should be auto expired

We have a scenario that, if a contingent worker gets terminated (manually or automatically via HCM Extract), the HR wants to remove or expire all the pending worklist submitted by the contractor. How to achieve this in oracle HCM Cloud ? We do not have a static days. If the staff is terminated, all the worklists for the staff should be expired automatically.
