Char limit restriction between DEFAULT_PAY_SITE_CODE & VENDOR_SITE_CODE in Supplier Site FBDI

In the Supplier Site FBDI template, there a restriction on the Alternate Pay Site (DEFAULT_PAY_SITE_CODE) as 15 Character, while the restriction on Supplier Site (VENDOR_SITE_CODE) is 240 Character.
System allows to create Supplier Site name with longer length but, restrict while using the same in Alternative pay site.

This creates tedious manual effort to update the Alternative pay site once the Supplier in created.
