Which Rest API to use to upload data

Summary:

We need to schedule the upload and execution of rules in Data Management because the client requires these two jobs to be performed daily and automatically due to the large volume of data

I would like to ask if this one Import Data Integration is the correct Rest APi to use or another one?

we have tried this one but we upload didn't work correctly (we don't find the file)
