dbms_cloud.copy_data Issue : ORA-20000: ORA-29283: invalid file operation: nonexistent file or path

We are calling the dbms_cloud.copy_data procedure to download the file data in ATP db. It was working fine until couple of days back.Suddenly it has started throwing below error:

We have verified that file does existing in the bucket and dbms_cloud.list_objects procedure does shows the files. Please
