Bell notification should re-direct employee to the particular course.
Summary:
The overall aim is to trigger an alert to employees when they have been assigned a course (required assignment) by a learning administrator. At this point, the learner should be able to click on the notification, which will redirect them to the course details page, where they can choose from one of several offerings (via "request offering").
And , in the notifications it should Display the name of the course/action item in the bell notification
Note: The notification should have only the course link (No detailed text message should be visible).
Attached the sample screenshot where entire text details are visible. We need only the course link to be visible there.
