We have a custom timekeeper role that can employees in Team Time Cards but not Add Current Time Card

Summary:

We have a custom timekeeper role and they can see everyone they have access to in Team Time Cards, but they cannot view anyone in Add Current Time Card. I have compared with the seeded roles and cannot figure this one out. Has this happened for anyone else and what was done?

I have raised an SR however that wasn't helpful and I was requested to open a CCC.
