Error 403 when uploading ZIP files in Oracle APEX in OCI integrated with ERP

I am experiencing a problem in my Oracle APEX application, which is integrated with Oracle ERP and deployed in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure). It should be noted that this application has been developed by us using DB, APEX, WebLogic, ERP and OIC, while the customer is managing its own infrastructure. The application is accessed through a URL associated to a load balancer.
The problem occurs when trying to upload ZIP files larger than 100 KB, which generates a 403 error. However, when testing using the direct IP of the APEX server instead of the load balancer URL, the files are uploaded correctly, regardless of their size.
