KSA Government Relations Process

Has anyone successfully automated GR (Government Relations) processes, such as Iqama issuance, exit/re-entry visas, and family visa processing, in Oracle HCM? Specifically, has anyone integrated these processes with government agencies in KSA? While I understand there’s no out-of-the-box solution in Oracle Fusion for this, I’m curious if any customers in Saudi Arabia have implemented such automation.
