Job Requisition HDL keeps giving me errors

Job Requisition HDL keeps giving me errors regarding the Requisition number, Published job ID, legal employer ID, ..etc.

Doesn't accept any published job ID
Doesn't accept the lookup for External
Doesn't accept job Requisition number, noting that there was no duplicates ( existing Requisitions numbers from 7-59). I've tried Requisition numbers 1 & 60
Doesn't accept the legal employer ID
