Balance Transfer into another plan during global transfer

We have a special scenario for employees who move from one LE to another for which I am looking for any ideas/suggestions. See details below.
While employee is under Old Legal Employer before Global Transfer, he/she is enrolled in the following Plans:
Vacation
Sick
Personal
When employee transfers to a NEW Legal Employer after the Global Transfer, he/she becomes enrolled in the following Plans
PTO (Vacation balance transfers from previous assignment into this PTO plan)
Personal Personal balance transfers from previous assignment into this Personal plan)
Main Question: However, we want the SICK balance to transfer over and also the enrollment too because idea is, employee should still be able to use that Sick leave balance from old assignment while they are hired in the new assignment. Once they have 0 hours in sick balance, sick plan enrollment can go away or just remain active with 0 balance.
