HTTP error For "Estimate duty and taxes"

I am unable to point out the cause for this error I'm facing intermittently, related to the agent action "Estimate duty and taxes" for GTM Declarations.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The agent actions keeps throwing the error intermittently and I'm unable to point out if its my GTM server error or the Descartes Server error. The Descartes server seems to be working fine.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Please let me know.
