Implementing Garden Leave Agreement Functionality in Oracle HCM

Hello Team,

I’m seeking guidance on implementing a new functionality in our Oracle HCM system related to Garden Leave Agreements. Below are the requirements for this enhancement:

Requirements:
New Field: Garden Leave Agreement

Add a system label/field to capture whether an employee has signed a Garden Leave Agreement (Yes/No).
This field should be mandatory.
Garden Leave Duration Dropdown

If "Yes" is selected, a dropdown should appear with the following options for the Garden Leave duration:
3 months
6 months

Role Responsibility
The HR Business Partner (Divisional level) will be responsible for updating this field in the system.

Notifications
Upon updating this field, an FYI notification should be triggered as follows:
