Is it possible to upload Third Party Payroll Documents via HDL to Custom Document types

Summary:

We are using HDL to load third party payroll documents like Tax documents.
Currently we use below two business Objects to load tha payslip information along with the actual pdf format payslip:

• DocumentsOfRecord

• PayrollinterfacelnboundRecord
  As per the documentation the payroll documents like yearly tax forms get loaded into document type, "Third-Party Payroll Documents".
  We have a requirement that the payroll documents get loaded into custom document type specific to germany, for example "DUV Meldung".
  We tried to use this document type and the HDL process completed successfully. But the Payroll docs aren't visible on the "Payroll Documents" quick action.
