Dashboards: Instruction function is not feasable

Summary:

The Instructions within forms 2.0 are usually a great feature to place some guidance and information for the end user. The information only shows up when the user clicks on the "i" (utilizing the screen space) as well as the 'instruction box' appearing on the right side is large enaugh to fit some detailed information.

Unfortunately so far, the instruction feature is limited to forms and does not work for dashboards the same. As we would like to more and more adapt the dashboards 2.0 over forms in our navigation flow, we would really appreciate if the instruction feature would be extended to dashboards too. Although it is possible to add "comments" and "URL" to Dashboards, we do not find those features handy for our use cases, leaving us no other choice as to keep some forms isolated instead of being incorporated to a dashboard.
