How can I back up the data before performing bulk legal entity changes?

Hi Team,

We have a situation where approximately 150 employees are associated with an incorrect legal entity. These are existing employees, not new hires. Since a global transfer is not ideal for this scenario, I referred to the document below for changing the legal entity. However, following this approach results in the assignment details and other details like absence,salary changes etc being lost. Could you advise on how we can update the legal entity while preserving the existing assignment-level details and changes?

or How can we backup this changes, so that we can reload those transactions after completing the rehire process.
