Learning reports - Purchase amount blank
Our Learning administrators populate the Cost Per Learner on offerings however only a handful of them display this information in our OTBI reports.
For example our "Excel Intermediate" course has a cost of £18.75 per learner listed.
However in OTBI the purchase amount and currency is blank. These fields do populate the Cost per Learner on some other offerings but it's very hit and miss.
Has anyone else encountered this issue before? We have tried to run the Reconcile Learning Assignments process however it states there are no changes to update.
