2nd Level manager is not able to approve time card for employee in REDWOOD

We just moved to REDWOOD for OTL and we are facing the issue that the 2nd level managers are not able to approve their organization time cards.
We were on Classic and we had Line Managers and 2nd level managers accessing through My Client Groups, there, both were able to approve the time cards independently, meaning either OR the other could approve them.

Now we moved to REDWOOD and now managers go to My Team to approve the time cards. Line managers are approving without an issue, but when the 2nd level manager tries to approve they are getting the following error:
